Last trip to the US this time

Summer vacation is really knocking on the door.

Super cool week with the management team in the company that I have followed closely over the past 2-3 years.

This time we have used the classic “Good to Great” (by Jim Collins) and “Step up, Step back” (by Elsbeth Johnson) to set the framework for the strategy work.

2024 has been a fantastic year so far, and a few exciting tasks have already been booked for the fall.

And - not least - my big dream of participating in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii has finally fallen into place. There have been a few setbacks on that front the last few years.

I was just about to complete a final validation race on Sunday (Ironman 70.3 Elsinore) on a wet and windy day, but can now report ready - the race is October 26. Aloha 🤙🌺

So I close the computer with a clear conscience - and great expectations for the fall.

Both in terms of projects and Hawaii.

I find it hard to remain pessimistic, but I try.
